Slow Down
3 Sisters beef needs to be cooked slower and sometimes with oil and water. 

Lower Heat
Grass fed beef cooks faster. When grilling burgers and steaks cook over a medium flame.

Adding Moisture
When cooking larger cuts (like a roast) that needs a longer cooking time, marinate, braise or even add a little water to the bottom of the roaster to keep it from drying out.

Don’t Overcook
Cook rare to medium – rare. Grass fed beef is tender, but over cooking can make it tough.

Don't worry if the meat appears more yellowish in places; this is the look of healthy beef! The color comes from vitamins stored in the fat.

Since our Beef has less fat and more of the good stuff, it often shrinks a bit. This is completely normal.
