Tips and Pointers
Slow Down! 3 Sisters beef needs to be cooked slower and sometimes with oil. Store-bought beef contains extra fat to protext from searing temperatures-not ours!

Don't worry if the meat appears more yellowish in places; this is the look of healthy beef! The color comes from vitamins stored in the fat.

Since our Beef has less fat and more of the good stuff, it often shrinks a bit. This is completely normal.
