The beef is dry aged for a minimum of two weeks and then is cut, wrapped and immediately
frozen at the butcher shop. The packaging we use is vacuum packaging. The packages
are see through and are marked with the 3 Sisters label identifying the contents.
Roasts are approximately 3-4 pounds, steaks are one to a package and ground beef
is in one pound packages. Since the meat is frozen at packaging the shelf life can
be up to two years. Please remember that upon thawing, the meat is like a fresh
piece directly from the butcher.
